Do I need to create an account to use CORE Golf?
Yes. For your Drills to be saved and so you can track your progress, you need to create an account.
Can I try CORE Golf before committing to a subscription plan?
You can sample the benefits of CORE Golf through an initial 3-day free trial period. After this expires, you will need to subscribe either via a monthly plan (£9.99 per month) or an annual plan (£59.99) to continue using the App.
For a fraction of the price of a golf coach, you will be well on your way to becoming an improved golfer. Immediately you will benefit from better-targeted practice sessions, a library of Drills for each part of your game, and immediate feedback in the form of your personalised Performance Snapshot.
Is my personal information shared with third parties?
Your data is shared with third parties only when strictly necessary and according to the safeguards and good practices detailed in our Privacy Policy.
What should I do after installing CORE Golf and creating an account?
After account creation, it's mandatory to create a subscription to continue using the App.
When you have subscribed, click on the 'Me' tab where you can edit your preferences and add photo and name. Also, to ensure the suggested Drills are adapted to your level, you will need to set your handicap.
How do I start the Drills?
To initially benchmark your skills, we recommend you start by completing the Suggested Drills. To do this, choose 'Skills' on the bottom bar, and you'll see six suggestions at the top of the screen (1 per each skill), swipe through the options to see all the Drills available and choose one to begin your practice. After completing a Drill, a message with a brief assessment of your performance will appear.
On the 'Skills' tab, you can see where you stand in relation to the benchmark for your handicap as you complete more and more Drills. By tapping on each Skill Area, you can find:
How can I delete a record/activity?
To delete a record/activity tap Activity on the bottom bar, choose the Drill you want to remove, swipe left and delete.
Should I expect a limited number of Drills, or will it renew from time to time/ level to level?
Your performance snapshot will remain the same while your milestone (handicap level) doesn't improve. When you move to a better milestone, your performance snapshot will be reset, but your activity will remain safe. You will also need to hit higher expected values in each Drill.
If you feel you are stuck on the same milestone and your current performance is not being reflected on the performance snapshot due to old/bad scores, you can reset your milestone data giving you a clean start on your stats without deleting your activity. This option is on ME > Settings.
If for some reason you want a completely fresh start, the option to delete all data is also present on ME > Settings.
Can I filter my Activity?
Not yet, but it will be possible in the future. Our developers are working on providing this option as soon as possible.
How do I cancel the auto-renewal of my subscription?
At the top of ME > Settings, there's a link to Apple Subscription Manager where you have all the options available regarding your subscription. Here you can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.
What devices does CORE Golf work on?
The CORE Golf App is only available on mobile devices using iOS 13 operating system or above.
These devices include the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone X, iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, and iPhone SE.
The CORE Golf App is not compatible with Android devices.
